TREATMENTS

What should I look out for when seeking treatment, it’s your body and health that should be your priority.?

Are the premises clean and clinical, avoid having treatment at home, this is a clinical procedure and should be carried out in a clinical environment. Avoid ‘cheap treatment’ its cheap for a reason. Aesthetic injectables are very expensive, don’t buy on special offers or from competitions or cheap voucher websites you could be putting your health at risk.

Is your practitioner ’professional’, in suitable clothing, wearing gloves?

Are you on a fit for purpose treatment bed with cleanable surface and disposable couch cover?

Ask to see your product/ equipment before it is opened; all products should be in a sealed packaging.

Ask to see that it has come from a sealed packet and all syringes are emptied after use, don’t allow yourself to be injected with opened product which has been kept for you ‘next time’.

Ask if your practitioner has a certificate in blood born virus control.

You should always get a product leaflet with batch number and a receipt for payment.
